Hayya Namaz — Terms of Use
Effective: October 14, 2026
Licence. Hayya Namaz is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
The app is free. It has no purchases, ads or accounts.
About prayer times. Prayer times are calculated from your location and a widely used calculation method. They can differ from a mosque's timetable by a few minutes. For exact times, follow your local mosque. The Qibla direction depends on your phone's compass, which can be thrown off by nearby metal or magnets.
About notifications and alarms. The adhan and notifications are delivered by iOS and follow your phone's settings (permissions, Focus, the silent switch, battery). The app schedules seven days ahead, so open it at least once a week. We can't guarantee that an alarm will sound for every prayer.
About the Quran lessons. The pronunciation, meanings and notes are a learning aid. They are not religious rulings and don't replace a teacher or scholar. Pronunciation written in Bengali, English or Japanese letters only approximates the Arabic; listen to the recitation, and check with a teacher where you can. If you find a mistake, please tell us: euleraibot@gmail.com.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is"; see Apple's EULA for the details.
